Here's How It Works
Be An Eligible Customer
This giveaway is open to all existing residential customers and new residential customers whose painting services are booked, completed, and paid in full before Monday 8 December 2025. Each new project booked and completed during the competition period must have a minimum spend of $5,000 AUD (including GST). Each eligible property counts as one entry — so if you’ve completed projects at multiple properties, you can enter for each qualifying address. This competition excludes projects completed for commercial builders, developers, or projects carried out under a building contract. However, privately owned commercial properties (e.g., family-owned businesses such as restaurants, cafés, or small retail shops) are eligible, provided the client is the direct customer.

Terms & Conditions
1. Promoter

2. Overview
Eligible clients of the Painters Station have the chance to win a holiday prize valued at $5,000 AUD as part of a promotional giveaway. The promotion will run across multiple periods throughout 2025/2026. Specific draw dates will be published on official Painters Station channels.
2.1 Participation
Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
3. Prize Details
Each prize consists of a $5,000 AUD holiday fund, valid for 12 months from the draw date.
The prize must be used as follows:
- A minimum of $3,000 must be spent on flights, accommodation, or travel-related expenses.
- Up to $2,000 may be used for discretionary holiday experiences such as tours, meals, or activities.
- The prize is non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.
- The prize may be applied to a pre-existing future booking, provided relevant documentation is supplied.
- The prize must be used for genuine holiday purposes and cannot be used for cash equivalents, household goods, or unrelated services, unless otherwise approved in writing by Painters Station.
4. Eligibility
To be eligible:
- Entrants must be direct residential clients of Painters Station, or private owners of a commercial property (such as a family-owned restaurant, café, or small business).
- A minimum spend of $5,000 AUD (including GST) applies to new clients who book during the competition period and the invoice must be paid in full.
- All past and new clients meeting the eligibility criteria must enter via the entry form located on the Painters Station website.
- One entry per property location: Each eligible property address qualifies for one entry. Clients with multiple qualifying locations may receive multiple entries if each location meets the entry requirement.
- Projects completed for commercial builders, developers, or under a building contract (including subcontracted commercial works) are not eligible.
- There are no geographic restrictions within Australia.
5. Entry & Draw Process
- Eligible clients must enter via the entry form on the Painters Station website.
- Customer names and invoice numbers will be entered into the draw and used to determine the winner.
- The draw will be conducted once in 2025.
- Winners will be selected at random from the database of eligible entries.
6. Notification & Prize Redemption
- Winners will be officially notified by phone and email within five (5) business days of the draw.
- To claim the prize, winners must respond via phone or email within 30 days of the notification.
Redemption process:
- The winner pays future travel costs upfront and is reimbursed by Painters Station upon submission of valid receipts.
- Painters Station pays approved future travel invoices, vouchers, or a nominated travel agent directly.
- Reimbursement claims must be submitted within 60 days of the winner formally claiming their prize.
- If a prize is not claimed within the 30-day period, it will be deemed unclaimed and forfeited, and a new winner will be drawn.
7. Redraw process
7.1 Unclaimed Prize
If a prize is not claimed within 30 days of official notification, or if the winner is unable to meet the prize conditions, the prize will be deemed unclaimed and forfeited. Painters Station will then conduct a redraw.
7.2 Redraw Timing
The redraw will take place within 10 business days of the original prize being deemed unclaimed or forfeited. Painters Station will use the same random draw method and database of eligible entries from the original draw.
7.3 Notification of Redraw Winner
The redraw winner will be notified by phone and email within five (5) business days of the redraw. The winner will also be announced via Painters Station’s official social media channels.
7.4 Redraw Prize Redemption
The redraw winner must claim their prize within 30 days of being notified. All original prize conditions, including redemption deadlines and usage requirements, apply to the redraw prize.
7.5 Subsequent Redraws
If the redraw prize is also unclaimed or forfeited, further redraws will be conducted using the same process until a valid prize winner is confirmed, subject to any regulatory guidance or time limits.
8. Use of Personal Information
By entering, entrants agree that their name and image may be used in Painters Station’s promotional materials. Personal information will be handled in accordance with Painters Station’s Privacy Policy and the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth), and any database used is stored securely and not shared with third parties.
9. General Conditions
Painters Station reserves the right to:
- Modify the prize details, value, or terms at any time.
- Specify how the prize is to be redeemed (e.g. via a travel agent or travel voucher).
- Announce the winners publicly in any marketing materials, including social media.
- Introduce further conditions in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
- Cancel, suspend or amend the competition, its conditions, amount of times it is conducted during the year, prize details, or any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time, subject to compliance with applicable laws.
Painters Station also reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or is found to be fraudulent, misleading, or tampering with the competition process.
Painters Station accepts no responsibility for circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, travel restrictions, pandemics, or technical issues, that may affect the operation of the promotion or the redemption of the prize.
To the extent permitted by law, Painters Station is not liable for any loss, damage or personal injury suffered or sustained in connection with entering the competition, redeeming or using the prize.
Painters Station will not be held responsible for:
- Cancellations or changes due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
- Issues with third-party providers involved in the prize redemption.
10. Legal
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Victorian courts.
This promotion complies with Australian Consumer Law. Trade promotion permits will be obtained where required by applicable state legislation.
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or any third-party travel provider.
Painters Station is not responsible for any delays or changes to the promotion due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, public health emergencies, or government-imposed travel restrictions.
This promotion complies with relevant state-based trade promotion regulations and is operated in accordance with the Victorian Commission for Gambling and Liquor Regulation (VCGLR) guidelines.
